These sessions are conducted for shorter duration for a 7 or 10 days program in these session clients are trained for basic to advance Asanas each day different Yoga flow is conducted. Quick Heal is very popular among school going children and teens.

These session are very popular among beginners and athletes that makes them flexible and help in quick recovery of muscle injury and build stamina. The session consists of:

These session are tailored made as per the time and demand duration of the session vary from 15
min to 1 hour. These session are generally consist of Warm up Sun salutation variation on chair. Yoga flow focusing on back, neck, wrist, eyes, leg and torso. Breathing exercises to combat stress, enhance productivity, confidence building, anger management. Meditation for calm relax mind and better sleep.
These session are extremely beneficial for everyone and conducted in groups with regular practice one can achieve not only the desired weight but also become stronger healthier and calmer.

I love to attend my yoga class regularly without fail.Anu's yoga sessions are very interactive,it helped me to gain my flexibility, and to overcome my vertigo problem. Pranayam session is amazing, stress buster and anxiety killer.
As I already know Anu, I was very hesitant to learn Yoga from Anu.But now that I have been learning yoga from Anu since 1 month, I would definitely like to say that my spondylitis pain has been relieved a lot.Which is due to my habit of reading books and spending too much time on the phone.I was suffering from this pain since 1 year.
It’s new me with a flexible and energetic body and can easily fit into my old clothes . I have joined online Yoga session with Anu from past two weeks and loved it . My experience with Yoga has been transformative, more because of a wonderful, charming and ever encouraging teacher, Anu madam. I joined Anu ma'am's class about an year back and there has been no looking back since. I had always been into fitness but I was looking for something to supplement my fitness regime and this was just what I wanted. I have been suffering from spondylosis for years and neck and shoulder pain are a part of my everyday life. Hence I would be very apprehensive to try out advance asanas. I picked up yoga after my second child was born, with a teacher at my apartment. The class ended, but I kept at it a few times a week. Then, we had a yoga instructor at the office who helped me improve. I was happy by myself until last year August, @Varsha Singapore introduced me to Anu Ma'am, and I started doing 3 days a week.
This January, I bumped it up to 5 days, even though my commute got longer. Yoga has become such a habit that I miss it if | skip a session! I haven't lost weight, but I feel stronger and energetic with a better mental clarity. No way I could do 60 Surya Namaskars or walk 21 kms without your guidance, Anu Ma'am! Thank you
I am Vandana and was referred to Anu mam by Sarika (my relative). I joined her from Jan 2024 and it's been close to 6 mths now. I try to do yoga 5 days a week and really enjoy doing it with Anu mam. I am able to do several postures which were difficult for me earlier. Also I had an allergic cough issue which has improved due to various Pranayams.
